Os \u00e2ngulos mais comuns s\u00e3o 90\u00b0 (zg) e 30\u00b0 (zg30). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;   \u2022 COSY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O experimento COSY (do ingl\u00eas, COrrelation SpectroscopY) \u00e9 um experimento de duas dimens\u00f5es que indica quais \u00e1tomos de hidrog\u00eanio est\u00e3o acoplados entre si. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;   \u2022 NOESY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O experimento NOESY (do ingl\u00eas, Nuclear Overhauser Effect SpectroscopY) \u00e9 um experimento de duas dimens\u00f5es que apresenta as correla\u00e7\u00f5es entre hidrog\u00eanios que\ninteragem via espa\u00e7o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;   \u2022 DOSY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O experimento DOSY (do ingl\u00eas, Diffusion-Ordered SpectroscopY) separa os sinais de RMN de diferentes esp\u00e9cies de acordo com o seu coeficiente de difus\u00e3o, al\u00e9m  de permitir\no c\u00e1lculo deste coeficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;   \u2022 \u00b9\u00b3C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obten\u00e7\u00e3o dos espectros de \u00b9\u00b3C pode ser realizada de forma acoplada ou desacoplada do n\u00facleo de hidrog\u00eanio (\u00b9H).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;   \u2022 \u00b9\u00b3C sem NOE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obten\u00e7\u00e3o do espectro de \u00b9\u00b3C desacoplado de \u00b9H e sem o efeito NOE permite a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos sinais de carbono.
